The Six Things Buyers Ask Us First

Each one is a question we already answer dozens of times a month — here is the short answer, and what sits behind it.

“Will the quality hold up?”

Every unit runs a full burn-in on our own aging racks — not a sample pulled from the batch. Each one carries a serial number tied to its cell batch, so a field failure is traceable. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek is welcome at any stage.

“Can you customise it?”

MOQ starts at 50 pieces. We customise logo, colour box, firmware, app UI and private-mould enclosures. Tooling opens only after the specification is locked, so you are not paying for a mould you have not approved.

“Will the delivery slip?”

Engineering samples in 15 days, bulk production in 45. If a milestone is going to move, you hear it at least 7 days ahead — not when the container misses the vessel.

“Will it pass certification in my market?”

CE, FCC, UL, KC, RoHS, UN38.3, MSDS, PSE, ISO 9001 and BSCI. We ship with the test reports for the exact model and configuration you ordered — not a generic certificate from a different product.

“Who supports the firmware?”

ID, mechanical, hardware, firmware and IoT are all in-house. When you need a firmware change for a market, you talk to the engineers who wrote it — there is no third-party layer in between.

“What happens after the warranty?”

Two-year warranty. Spare parts ship with the goods or separately as needed, and the same engineer who handled your pre-sales questions handles the after-sales case. Enquiries answered within 24 hours.

    Product Definition

    We write the specification together: capacity, output, BMS, connectors, certifications and target retail price. Locked before any mould is opened, so the first sample already matches your brief.

  3. 03

    R&D & Sampling

    Industrial design, mechanical, hardware, firmware and app are developed in-house. Engineering samples in 15 days, and every revision round is recorded so nothing gets lost between versions.

    Project Management

    One customer, one project manager. Weekly progress updates, written sign-off at each milestone, and a direct channel during production — you are not left guessing after the order is placed.

    Mass Production

    MES-tracked assembly, 100% aging on finished units, then OQC before palletising. The serial number on your unit opens its full production history.

Every unit has a serial number — here is what that buys you

Scan the SN on any delivered unit and you can pull up its cell batch, which assembly stations it passed through, its aging-test result and its OQC inspection time. If a problem shows up in the field, the root cause is located in hours — not weeks of digging through paper records.

Quality Control, Step by Step

IQCIncoming materials checked before they reach the line — cells, BMS boards, casings, cables.
IPQCIn-process checks during assembly, so a defect is caught at the station that caused it.
AgingEvery finished unit runs a full charge/discharge cycle on the aging racks before it is allowed to pack.

A European outdoor brand needed a 2000W portable power station with their own app UI, private-mould packaging and KC certification for their home market. We locked the specification in one week, produced engineering samples at day 15, and shipped 500 units at day 45. The private mould and the app were theirs; the certification package was built for their exact configuration. They are on their third repeat order.

FAQ

Are you a factory or a trading company?

iForway is the brand of 3A Technology Co., Ltd., the factory itself. Founded in 2006 in Longhua District, Shenzhen, we run our own assembly lines, aging racks and test lab — roughly 90% of our business is direct export. You are buying from the people who build the product, and you are welcome to visit the line before placing an order.

What is your MOQ?

50 pieces for an OEM order with custom branding, and stock models can go lower. For a full private mould the MOQ is higher because of the tooling cost — we quote that separately and transparently.

Can you do private moulds?

Yes. We open tooling only after the specification is signed off, so you are never paying for a mould built against a brief you have not approved. Tooling becomes your property once the moulding cost is paid.

Can you customise the app?

Yes. Firmware and app development are in-house, including your own UI, cloud backend and region-specific features. We hand over the source and the build process so the app does not become a permanent dependency on us.
