Supplier evaluation for brands, distributors and project buyers

Turn a factory introduction into a purchasing decision

Use this page to scope a manufacturing discussion with iForway, the brand of 3A Technology Co., Ltd. Our existing Shenzhen factory page introduces the site and production activities; this procurement checklist helps you identify the evidence and responsibilities needed for your own OEM/ODM project.

A practical factory-visit agenda

  1. Confirm the supplying entity and location. Match your quotation, contract and factory records before arranging a visit.
  2. Walk the model-relevant production route. Review the actual processes relevant to your planned order, not only a general showroom.
  3. Inspect traceability and testing. Agree what can be demonstrated or shared, and which records will accompany production batches.
  4. Close the purchasing gaps. Record required documents, sample tests, open engineering questions and the next approval milestone.

Buyer FAQ

Can I request a remote review or an on-site visit?

Send your company, product interest, project stage and proposed audit scope. The team can discuss a suitable format, appointment and any confidentiality requirements.

Does this page guarantee a particular production capacity?

No fixed output or available production slot is promised here. Request a capacity and scheduling review for your configuration, order volume and required shipment date.

Can I use a general factory certificate to approve a product?

Factory scope and product scope are different checks. Review both the supplying facility and the evidence covering your exact model. Use our documentation checklist.

What MOQ and schedule should I budget for?

Standard OEM programs generally start from 50 units per model, with model-specific exceptions. The published 51.2V 105Ah golf-cart battery program starts from 100 units. Standard-platform samples are typically planned around 15 days and mass production around 45 days after approval; your written quotation and production plan confirm the actual terms.

Start with a clear project brief

Send your target market, product category, electrical requirements, estimated order quantity, branding changes and audit or documentation needs. New tooling, engineering and additional testing can change minimums and lead times.
