Lithium Golf Cart Battery

51.2V 105Ah LiFePO4 Golf Cart Battery

MODEL GC51105

A 51.2V 105Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) traction pack engineered to replace lead-acid battery banks in 48V golf carts. Deep-cycle cells, an integrated smart BMS and a rugged IP67 enclosure deliver more usable range, faster charging and a far longer service life — with no watering, no equalising and no memory effect.

Mounting Bracket

Steel retaining bracket sized to the standard 48V golf cart tray, with anti-vibration pads to protect the cells on rough fairways and service roads.

Dedicated LiFePO4 Charger

A matched 58.4V charger with the correct CC/CV profile for this pack. Using a lead-acid charger will under-charge the battery and void the warranty.

Display & Dash Meter

State-of-charge meter with CAN or RS485 output, so drivers read the real remaining capacity instead of a lead-acid voltage guess.

Cable & Connector Kit

Gauge-matched power cables and connectors, pre-crimped for the cart platform you specify at order.

Configurable Electrical Platform

  • 48V / 51.2V and 72V architectures
  • 50Ah – 200Ah capacity options
  • Continuous current tuned to your motor

Mechanical & Integration

  • Enclosure dimensions and terminals to your drawing
  • CAN / RS485 / Bluetooth protocol mapping
  • Custom labels, packaging and user manual

OEM / ODM programmes typically start at 100 pcs per configuration. Share your cart model, motor rating and target BOM and our engineering team will return a matched proposal.

Why lithium

Built for daily cart duty, not weekend use

Eight reasons fleet operators and cart owners move from lead-acid to LiFePO4 — and stay there.

More Usable Energy

Lithium delivers close to its full rated capacity, so you get materially more range than an equivalent lead-acid bank.

Faster Recharge

High continuous charge acceptance cuts turnaround time between shifts — charge over a lunch break, not overnight.

Zero Maintenance

No watering, no terminal corrosion, no equalising charges. The pack is sealed and simply gets plugged in.

Lower Total Cost

One lithium pack typically outlives several lead-acid sets, so the cost per year of service drops sharply.

Integrated Safety BMS

Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuit and thermal protection are handled inside the pack.

Wide Temperature Window

Discharge from -20 °C to 55 °C, so carts keep working in cold stores, winter resorts and hot summer parks.

Fleet Ready

Repeatable dimensions and protocol make one pack interchangeable across an entire cart fleet.

Predictable Uptime

Flat discharge curve and a real SOC signal mean no more guessing whether a cart will finish its route.

Drop-in replacement

Fits the tray. Uses the cables. Keeps the cart.

The pack is dimensioned around the standard 48V golf cart compartment, so the upgrade is a swap rather than a rebuild — same mounting footprint, same power terminals, and no changes to the motor or controller on the vast majority of carts.

01

Direct swap for lead-acid banks

Match the tray and terminal layout, remove the lead-acid set, drop in the lithium pack and connect the matched charger.

02

Smart BMS inside the case

Cell balancing, protection and SOC reporting are integrated, with CAN / RS485 available for dash meters and fleet monitoring.

03

Charger matched at the factory

Every pack ships with a charge profile defined for it, so the CC/CV curve is correct from the first cycle.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before switching

Straight answers on compatibility, charging, safety and delivery.

In most cases yes. The pack is dimensioned around the standard 48V compartment used by the major cart platforms. Send us your cart make, model and battery tray dimensions and we will confirm fitment in writing before you order — including whether a tray adapter is needed.
No. Lead-acid chargers apply the wrong voltage profile and will leave the pack chronically under-charged, which shortens life and voids the warranty. A matched LiFePO4 charger is supplied with every pack.
Yes, within the specified temperature range. The integrated BMS terminates charge on cell over-voltage and balances the cells, and LiFePO4 chemistry is thermally stable by design. Always charge on a non-flammable surface in a ventilated area, per the user manual.
Discharge is rated down to -20 °C, so the cart still runs in winter. Charging below 0 °C is not permitted without a heated option — if you operate in a cold climate, tell us at enquiry stage and we will quote the low-temperature charging configuration.
Standard documentation includes the UN38.3 test report, MSDS, IEC 62619 report where applicable, and CE / RoHS declarations. Confirm the exact document set required for your destination market at enquiry stage so it is included in the quotation.
Samples and small trial orders are accepted so you can validate fitment and range on your own carts. Production and OEM programmes typically start at 100 pcs per configuration, with lead time confirmed against your schedule when the specification is locked.
