We’ll select the most efficient delivery option based on your order and address. Please note that holidays or unexpected situations may cause delays, so be sure to factor in extra transit days for your delivery.
Non-Deliverable Areas in the US: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces Areas.
Order Tracking
Shipping times start once your order leaves our warehouse, not when you place it. Issues like incorrect addresses or customs processing can extend the estimated delivery time. We appreciate your understanding!
Once your order is shipped, you can find your tracking number under "My Account - My Order." You can use this number to track your package on the shipping provider's website or through their customer service.
You’ll also receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include your tracking number at the bottom.
Order-to-Delivery Process (OEM/ODM/ODP)
The OEM/ODM/ODP consists of 3 main stages:

Order Processing Time: This is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment, including stock verification and quality checks, typically taking 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: This is the duration it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your package after picking it up from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
