What is your minimum order?
Standard OEM MOQ starts at 100 units; flexible trial orders may be available for qualified new brand partners.
What should I budget for samples and production?
For standard-platform projects, allow approximately 15 days for samples and approximately 45 days for mass production after specifications and commercial terms are approved. New tooling, engineering changes, testing, certification work and material availability can change the schedule; the confirmed quotation and production plan control.
Which certification documents cover my order?
Documentation availability depends on the exact model, configuration and destination market. Request matching certificates, declarations and test reports before ordering; a listed standard or logo is not evidence that every product is approved for every market.
How do I obtain useful pricing?

What is the lifespan of a solar power station?
Service life depends on the battery chemistry, operating temperature, depth of discharge, storage and maintenance. Request the cycle-life test conditions and warranty for your selected model; a cycle rating is not a guaranteed number of calendar years.
How efficient is a solar power station?
Panel conversion efficiency, charging efficiency and inverter efficiency are different measurements. Request the value and test conditions for each relevant component in your selected model. Do not assume one efficiency figure describes the complete system.
Can I charge iFORWAY with solar power?
Check the solar-input specification for your selected model. Panel operating voltage, open-circuit voltage, current, connector and polarity must match the power station input limits. Pass-through operation is a separate feature and must also be confirmed for the model.
Can I run an air conditioner with iFORWAY?
Compare the air conditioner running load and starting demand with the selected station rated and peak output. Confirm runtime, ambient conditions and the exact appliance before purchase; no blanket claim is made that a model powers every air conditioner.
Do iFORWAY power stations come with MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking)?
MPPT availability and input limits are model-specific. Request the current datasheet and confirm the compatible solar-panel configuration before ordering.
Can I leave the power station plugged in after it’s fully charged?
Follow the model manual for continuous connection, pass-through use, ventilation and storage. A BMS does not replace correct operating conditions; confirm the intended backup-power use with the product team.
What are the advantages of lithium power stations compared to gas generators?
Compare the actual project requirements: load, runtime, weight, charging access, operating environment and maintenance. Battery power stations and fuel generators have different constraints; request a load and recharge plan rather than assuming either option fits every site.
What are the applications of power stations?
Typical procurement discussions include home backup, outdoor work, RV use and off-grid projects. Suitability depends on the load and operating conditions. Do not assume a consumer power station is approved for critical medical or life-support applications.

Can the G24 Basic be expanded?
Do not assume the G24 Basic supports external battery expansion. If expansion is required, ask for a compatible expandable model, approved battery-pack part numbers and the permitted configuration before ordering.
