For OEM/ODM procurement and distributor due diligence

Request evidence for the exact model and destination market

Evaluate an iForway product using the documents that match its model number, electrical configuration, battery pack and intended destination. A certification logo, a standard listed on a website or a report for a similar model is not sufficient evidence for your order.

Request model-specific documentation with your quote

Documentation checklist for purchasing teams

Evidence to request before sample or purchase-order approval
Evidence group What to request What to match
EU/EEA product conformity Applicable declaration of conformity and supporting test reports; RoHS evidence where relevant. Model, manufacturer, applicable requirements, version and configuration.
US requirements Applicable FCC authorization evidence and any product-safety listing or test report required by your buyer, authority or channel. Exact product and radio configuration; any UL-related claim must identify its actual evidence and scope.
Japan, Korea and other markets Applicable PSE, KC or other market-specific evidence for the proposed product and accessories. Destination, importer responsibilities and the exact covered model.
Battery transport Model-matched UN38.3 test summary, battery information, safety data sheet where required, and carrier-required documents. Pack identity, chemistry, energy, packing and the planned shipping route.
Factory and quality evidence Current management-system certificates or audit evidence relevant to the supplying facility, plus the agreed inspection plan. Legal entity, facility address, certificate scope, issuer and current status.

This table is a request checklist, not a claim that every iForway product holds every document listed. Availability, validity and scope must be confirmed for your order. A factory certificate does not replace product-specific conformity evidence.

How we handle your documentation request

  1. Identify the project. Send the model, destination country, importer or sales-channel requirements and expected quantity.
  2. Match the configuration. Confirm capacity, AC output, regional outlets, wireless modules, charger and any OEM changes.
  3. Review the evidence. Ask for the document identifier, issuer, covered models, scope and relevant validity information. Confirm permission before sharing confidential reports.
  4. Resolve gaps before ordering. Agree on additional testing, responsibility, cost and schedule in writing. Do not treat planned testing as an existing approval.

Buyer FAQ

Are all iForway products certified for every country?

No universal claim is made here. Required evidence and its availability depend on the exact product, configuration and destination. Request a model-matched document review before committing to a market launch.

Is a CE logo the same as a universal certificate?

No. The European Union describes CE marking as the manufacturer's declaration of conformity with applicable EU requirements; there is no central EU authority issuing a universal permission to use the mark. See the official EU CE-marking guidance.

What does FCC evidence cover?

The required authorization procedure depends on the equipment and applicable rule parts. Request evidence for the actual configuration rather than treating FCC as a blanket product-safety approval. See the FCC equipment-authorization guidance.

Can branding or hardware changes affect the document set?

They may require review. Tell us about electrical, battery, enclosure, radio, charger and labeling changes so the relevant evidence can be checked before production.

Where are the certificate numbers and PDFs?

This page does not publish unverified certificate numbers or imply a downloadable certificate library. Request the current, model-matched evidence through the B2B quotation form.

Prepare a useful RFQ

Include destination, model or target specifications, quantity, private-label changes and the evidence your importer or customer requires. For standard-platform projects, sample and production timing must be confirmed alongside the documentation scope.
