Getting There

Metro M1 to Livoberezhna station, then a 5-minute walk to the IEC entrance. Taxis and rideshare drop-off at the main gate on Brovarskyi Avenue.

Trade Visitor Pass

Trade visitor passes are issued free of charge by the organiser through the official website. Register before 10 October so your badge is ready on day one.

Questions Before You Come

Do I need an entrance ticket?
Yes, the show is open to trade visitors. Register through the organiser website to receive your badge; on-site registration is also available at the entrance from 08:30 each day.
Can I collect samples at the show?
Yes. If you book a meeting slot in advance we will prepare sample units of the M5003 and BKES-48100 and have them charged and ready at the booth. Tell us the models and quantities you want to evaluate when you book.
Can we discuss private-label projects on site?
Yes. Private-label and OEM/ODM projects are exactly what we discuss at this show. Bring your target market, branding plan and expected annual volume, and our engineers will walk through tooling, certification and MOQ with you.
I cannot travel — is there another way?
If you cannot travel, we can run the same discussion remotely. Book a video call with the same engineer who staffs the booth, or send your specification and we will come back with a written proposal and a sample plan.
