01HOUSEHOLD EMERGENCY BACKUP

Keep the essentials in your plan.

Build a selected-load backup plan for lighting, communications and compatible household appliances. The 5kWh-class battery gives you energy to allocate; the 6000W inverter defines the continuous AC power ceiling.

  • Lighting & communications
  • Selected appliances
  • Outage preparedness

Check appliance startup demand and outlet ratings. Power household wiring only through an approved installation design; this is not a whole-home or medical-backup guarantee.

02WORKSHOPS & REPAIR TEAMS

Take selected tools beyond the wall socket.

Plan portable power for compatible saws, work lights and tool chargers at a repair bench or temporary workspace. Schedule heavier loads rather than assuming every outlet can deliver the full inverter rating.

  • Compatible power tools
  • Work lighting
  • Battery chargers

Motor startup and tool duty cycle matter. Validate the actual tool and cable arrangement before deployment.

Application illustration · Cable and regional configuration require review
01 / AC

Up to 2500W AC input

Plan around the approved regional mains configuration, input cable and circuit. Maximum input power is not a measured full-charge duration.

02 / SOLAR

Up to 1200W via XT60

Published limits: 12–60V DC and 20A maximum. Review panel voltage, current, polarity and the proposed array layout before connection.

03 / VEHICLE & MULTIPLE SOURCES

Confirm the supplied charging arrangement

Vehicle adapters, simultaneous-input support and the combined cap require version-specific confirmation. Do not add 2500W and 1200W into an assumed 3700W specification.

ENERGY IS NOT THE SAME AS OUTPUT

Plan the watts.
Then plan the hours.

6000W is the continuous AC ceiling. Battery energy and your load schedule determine the starting point for a runtime estimate.

Estimate = 5017.6Wh × selected assumption ÷ running load.

ILLUSTRATIVE ENERGY-BUDGET ESTIMATE4.3 hours

Not a tested runtime. Standby consumption and changing loads are not modeled separately. Actual performance depends on conversion losses, temperature, battery condition and operating mode.

Startup demand, regional voltage, individual outlet limits and wiring must also be checked. A load below 6000W is not automatically compatible.

PRODUCT & PROCUREMENT ANSWERS

M5002 FAQ

Review the configuration, application and evidence before moving from a sample to a production order.

01What is the M5002 designed for?

M5002 is a wheeled LiFePO4 power platform for reviewed household-backup, mobile-business and professional-load programs. The configuration presented here is 5018Wh class / 6000W; final suitability depends on the supplied version and the equipment list.

02Why does the page show both 5018Wh and 5017.6Wh?

5018Wh is the rounded capacity class used in the product title. The existing specification table lists 5017.6Wh at 51.2V / 98Ah. Confirm the approved pack configuration for the version in your quotation.

03How should I use the 12000VA peak reference?

The published specification-table reference is 12000VA. Apparent power in VA is not interchangeable with real power in W, and peak output is not continuous output. Request the approved peak duration and load-test conditions before using this reference in a purchasing specification.

04Can all AC outlets deliver 6000W at the same time?

No. The published configuration lists two 16A outlets at 3600W each and a 32A outlet at 6000W, but the inverter total remains 6000W. Confirm regional outlet limits, combined demand, cabling and starting loads.

05What solar array can I connect?

The current configuration lists an XT60 input, 12–60V DC, 20A maximum current and 1200W maximum input power. Provide panel Voc, Vmp, Isc and the intended series/parallel arrangement for review, including cold-weather voltage.

06Does it charge at 2500W AC and 1200W solar simultaneously?

The separate input limits do not establish a combined 3700W rating. Confirm simultaneous-input support, source priority, operating conditions and the actual total input cap for the supplied version.

07How long will it power my equipment?

Use the energy budget and operating schedule, not the peak rating. The planner on this page divides 5017.6Wh multiplied by an explicit usable-energy assumption by the selected load. It is an illustration, not a measured runtime or a compatibility guarantee.

08Can I use it as an uninterrupted backup or wire it into a building?

The existing page lists a 20ms transfer reference, which is not zero interruption and does not define every UPS or bypass load limit. Sensitive equipment needs a load-specific assessment. Building wiring requires a compliant installation design; never backfeed an outlet.

09What enclosure protection and handling conditions should I review?

The current product description lists an aluminum alloy enclosure, wheels and a telescopic handle. Metal construction alone does not establish an IP, IK, drop or crush rating. Review environmental limits, a dry operating location and the handling procedure for the supplied configuration.

10What is the minimum OEM order and customization scope?

Standard OEM MOQ starts at 100 units; flexible trial orders may be available for qualified new brand partners. Request confirmation for logo, packaging, regional outlets, firmware or engineering changes in the written quotation.

11Which documents should I request?

Ask for the approved M5002 variant datasheet, operating manual, applicable market compliance records and lithium-battery transport documentation. Check model coverage, configuration, issuer and validity; a factory certificate does not approve every product in every market.

12How do I start an M5002 OEM/ODM project?

Send the destination market, selected configuration, device list and starting demand, required operating hours, forecast quantity, branding and documentation needs. The B2B team can review the application and prepare a model-specific quotation; schedule and warranty terms are confirmed in that quotation.
